Holy cow, it’s March.

People always say that time goes by too fast.  Notice that?  I do.  And while I don’t disagree with those people, I sometimes want to hate them for constantly pointing it out.  Because it only reminds me of how old I’m getting.

I blinked and all of a sudden it’s March 5th.  I didn’t post an end of February 12 Changes update.  So I’m doing that now.

For those of you that haven’t heard of the 12 Changes project, the lovely Katherine and Stephany hatched this project, while they were talking about how making smaller, more manageable changes could add up to big changes. One a month, for every month of 2012.

Welcome to month 3 of 12 changes.

My February change was all about drinking more water.  I’m awesome at it in the spring and summer, but not at all awesome at it in colder months.  Which is why I figured February would be a good month for this change.  I thought this would’ve been an easy change.  It totally wasn’t.  I did a lot of forgetting and tried to keep track, but… it just wasn’t something I was successful at.  Also, I bailed on my earlier sleep schedule, too.

So for March, not only am I looking to get back to sleeping earlier and keeping up the water thing, I’m now all about being more purposeful about working out.

Anyone else doing the 12 Changes? Please tell me you’re doing a better job than I am.
